CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan Republic calls for application submission for
participating at the Buyer Mission to be held on 16-21 May 2020.

Date of Buyer Mission: 16-21 May, 2020.

Maximum number of buyers: 10.

The last date of refusal to participate in the Buyer Mission: 19 March, 2020.

Target products covered by the Buyer Mission:

- Food industry;
- Production of wine and alcoholic beverages.

Target markets covered by the Buyer Mission:

- Federal Republic of Germany;
- The Republic of Poland;
- The Republic of Croatia.
- The Republic of Austria.
- The Republic of Hungary.

Organizational works related to the visit of foreign persons participating at the Buyer
Mission to the Republic of Azerbaijan (accommodation, international air transport (round-
trip) and domestic transport (excluding taxi), translation services, rent of meeting places
and equipment) and costs associated with them will be provided by the Ministry of
Economy of Azerbaijan Republic.
Buyers participating in the buyer's mission will be selected on a competitive basis.
Organizer of the competition: Ministry of Economy - Azerbaijan Export and Investment
Promotion Fundation (AZPROMO).
The contest will be held at AZPROMO on 13 March, 2020 based on the " Criterias for
Identification of the foreign participants of the buyer missions" approved Decision of the
Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The following documents must be submitted to AZPROMO to participate in the buyer
mission:

 Buyer mission application form;
 Signed Terms and Conditions for participating at the Buyer Mission;
 Copy of the passport of the person representing the buyer in the buyer
mission;
 Information about the buyer and its purchasing power.

Documents must be submitted until 28 February, 2020 to: Azerbaijan Export and
Investment Promotion Fundation (AZPROMO), Baku Business Center, Neftchilar ave. 32,
Baku, Azerbaijan, AZ1000.
