"Pomegranate Orchard" was featured in Zagreb

On November 27, 2019, the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian-Azerbaijani Friendship Society organized a screening of the film "Pomegranate Orchard" by director Ilgar Najaf.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Chairman of the Croatian-Azerbaijani Friendship Society, Ms. Natalia Otartarish, expressed satisfaction with the high level of relations between Croatia and Azerbaijan in all areas. She noted that the screenplay was based on an interesting family drama and shot in the psychological drama genre.

Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Croatia F. Gurbanov thanked the guests for the attendance and emphasized the importance of the event. The Ambassador noted that the presentation of films made by Azerbaijani filmmakers to the Croatian audience will contribute to the deepening of cultural ties between the peoples.
